Building a new outlet market for smartphones
iQdeal was looking for a new market proposition to position themselves with. iGear was involved in the process of developing this new approach from the scratch to get the best out of both online marketing and business strategy.
iGear first of all developed an integrated strategy to position iQdeal. By defining the target group and introducing a thorough action plan the goal of maximizing conversions could be tackled. Currently iGear is still responsible for the website’s technology and SEO related tasks.
Results will be described soon. The startup is currently in crunch mode and will release first KPIs in the next weeks.
